Drank neat in a rocks glass. Nose: sugar, caramel Palate: toasted sugar, apple, vanilla, slight citrus, cinnamon Finish: medium-long, slightly dry, slight burn Overall: Great bang for the buck. This is a great daily drinker. It is not as complex as higher dollar drams but is certainly better than the price suggests.

Kirkland 7 Year Small Batch Kentucky Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed August 25, 2018 (edited May 5, 2019)Drank neat in a Glencarin glass. Nose: toasted caramel, brown sugar Palate: oak, slight cereal, slight astringent Finish: medium long, slight spice, oak Overall: Taste a lot like a Jim Beam product (which I think the mash is sourced by Beam). Not super complex. Not very smooth; it has a bit of a harsh bite. Tastes a bit “young” and unfinished. Great bang for the buck but not my cup of tea. -
Tasted neat in a Glencarin glass. Nose: vanilla, toasted sugar Palate: caramel, vanilla, mild rye spice Finish: short, slight spicy Overall: Not a very complex dram. Good for people learning to drink whiskey neat but not that great for an experienced whiskey enthusiast. The price is a bit high too boot. Nice to taste but probably wouldn’t buy again.

Drank neat in a Glencarin. Nose: Floral and earthy Palate: Floral, fruity, honey, ever so slight hint of peat Finish: medium, smooth and sweet Overall: A very easy drink. Has many Scotch like qualities. Great for noobs and seasoned drinkers alike. I would personally rate it a bit higher if the price were a tad less.62.0 USD per Bottle
