Tastes

Wow. Talk about Cinnamon Toast Crunch in a bourbon. Cinnamon is all over the nose and pallet, but you smell the sweetness and taste it as sweet and savory. It is a little hot but not overpowering. The hot is in the finiah. The sweetness is on the front and middle of the pallet. This is damn good and has been winning blinds that the store owner has used it in.

Sweet smell. Sweet first taste. Does not finaoh loke its 126 proof. Definitely fruity tasye. Really like it.

Front of the palate is fruity. Middle is caramel. And a long lasting back that brings it home.

Surprised of the slight burn on the back end of a 100 proof bottle. Great ending that follows through. Pallet is like the smell. Vanilla and caramel. Very good.

Sharp oak during first taste but as goes through the pallet really tempers down to a very nice carmel and toffee flavor. Maybe some berry in there too, like plumb. Drinks lower than proof. Nice low intensity burn on the back of the throat for quite a finish. Very very good.

Smells great. I get vanilla and cotton candy. Palate is very smooth, oaky, and caramel.
