Tasting Notes
"Classic aromas of maple sugar, lemon peel, leather, and spice fill the nose. The hearty palate is characteristically roasty and jammy, with flavors of toasted wheat flakes breakfast cereal, roasted nuts and tart berries with significant viscosity. The finish is slightly salty with caramel richness, lingering on the palate before a spark of spicy heat coats the back of the throat. "
