Tastes

A dram that is so unmistakenly authentic. Smells like an empty beach in the storm. Taste is a combination of savory pancetta and baked pears or apples, quickly dominated by white pepper and the deal is sealed with a small bonfire of smoke. Pairs well aurally with some good blues rock, like Doom and Gloom from the Rolling Stones.
