Appearance: Dark maple Nose: Earth and grapes and slight ethanol. Not a very strong nose Taste: Rich mouth feel with subtle flavors. Cherry, and grapes with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Finish: The wine flavors come through on the finish and linger in the mouth. Notes: Tasted neat. A very pleasant and smooth dram with fairly subtle flavors.

Reviewed January 11, 2020"Appearance: Light Caramel Nose: Dried raisins and sweet spices Taste: Well balanced spice and sweetness with a hint of port/ dry can flavors. Finish: oak and tannins stay on the palette sit in the mouth a while with a slight sweet vanilla flavor coming through. Notes: Bottle had been open for over a year and tasted with one ice cube. " -

Reviewed January 3, 2020 (edited February 13, 2020)Appearance: Light mahogany Nose: Sweet caramel and flour Taste: Malty at first then more peppery and woody flavors come out with a slight oily mouth viscosity Finish: the pepper and woody flavors sit in the mouth a while with a slight sweet vanilla flavor coming through. Notes: Bottle had been open for over a year and tasted with one ice cube.
