To me, this bourbon was fairly oak-dominant, but finishes with a nice fruity note: almost like a salted green apple wedge. Pretty nice!

Only tasting Experiment 10 (French and American oak hybrid barrel), but it is exceptional. Smooth, buttery mouth feel with butterscotch nose and sweetness. No ethanol burn at 92 proof because the flavors are so pronounced.

Tasted with Weller Special Reserve. Comparatively, both are enjoyable and MM has more wood notes with less ethanol burn, but the sweetness of Weller makes it more desirable to me.

Pretty agreeable bourbon with flavors that are “classic”. For 90 proof, it does have a little burn to it... which is kind of disappointing because that probably means the alcohol overshadows where the flavors should be.
