Probably my second or third favorite wheater (behind 2 Weller products), but awesome for the MSRP price!

Imagine a Christmas ham dinner in a cup; that is what this smells and tastes like. It’s my first Islay!

Good lord, I love this Wheater. Special Reserve, but turned up in terms of flavors and proof.

The nose is very, very, very subtle. At first, I was getting hints of honey and popcorn (weird), but then I was disappointed that the taste was so run-of-the-mill considering the hype behind this bottle.

Great bargain for what you get. No ethanol burn here: an oily, mild, fruity experience with a little smoke at the end.

Nice and smooth drinker! An improvement on typical EC.

Very nice dessert-y sweetness to this one. The sweetness suggests the proof is much lower than it actually is, so it feels smooth for 90.

Loved how scotch-y it was! Smoke, moss, pears.

Does taste banana-y.
