Lightly sweet and floral on the house. Small bit of honey. More peppery on the taste than expected but in a very nice range. Finish is strong on the honey.

Peaty and smoky on the nose with of more of fruit. Creamy, oily flavor with hints of vanilla. Light finish with a bit of spice.
