Tastes

A spicy punch as it first hits the tongue followed by sweet fruit notes and a vanilla finish. A tablespoon of spring water opens up the flavors and takes the overpowering spiciness.

On the nose it has hints of oak, cherries, and tea. It has a sweet vanilla flavor with a close kinship to bourbon. This is a young single malt and I would love to see how it would taste if it was aged to at least 12 years.
