A little hot but this is a delicious whiskey. The rum barrel brings out a sweetness that balances well with the wood and raisin.

The nose is amazing and full of vanilla but the feel is quite thin and there is a burn that I don’t like in the finish.

The nose lets you know you’re in for some peat. Salty and smoky with a medicinal tea flavor upfront before a sweetness similar to toffee hits your tongue and just sits there a while. Enjoy!
