Tastes

Really nice Japanese whiskey, but it's still very Scotchy... Which I'm not totally behind. It's like a very smooth Scotch. Maple syrup on the nose, same on the initial taste, with a long hot slightly smokey finish.

Strong daily drinker. Heavy caramel and wood flavors, with a nice nose to it. The finish is strongly wood and tobacco - a little too strong perhaps.

Nose of banana and caramel. Fruity and banana taste continues, with more heat than you would expect.

Rich and caramel, lingers in the mouth for a while in the best way. Smooth and easily recommended.

Mild nose and a little neutral taste overall. Initially a bit hot with a sweet taste that fades quick.
