Very unique. Don’t love it, don’t hate it. Easy sipper. Reminds me of a much lighter, much less full bodied Woodford Double Oaked.

Very spicy, hot and full bodied. Very different from the OESF.

Very sweet, full bodied and complex. Heat comes on the finish. Very good.

Second time tasting the same bottle. Last time I was tasting weird things like potpourri and soap. I don’t taste those things now. I taste a lot of rye, spice and heat.

Lots of caramel, vanilla, and oak on the nose. Hits your tongue warm, soft, light and buttery. Flavors of deep caramel and slight spice. Very smooth. Long finish.

Incredibly intense Kentucky hug and cinnamon right away. Long finish mostly comprised of heat all the way down. The very first taste in the tongue is reminiscent of Willett Rye, which turns into Rowan’s Creek and potpourri and soap. This is a strange one. I will have to try this again another time.

A lot of sweetness on the nose and the palette. Getting some butterscotch flavors. Semi long finish that ends slightly bitter. Fair bit of Kentucky hug. Low proof is noticeable.

Very light. Similar mashbill notes to scotch whisky. Unripe banana. Not my preferred style, but executed very well.

Drastically different from the B519 I have. Both are incredible. At 11 proof higher, this one definitely lets you know.

The high proof on this one shows, in the tingling on the tongue, the Kentucky hug, and deep barrel flavor. Assume this is a high char. Nice oak on the finish.
