Vanilla, Caramelized apple and oak on the nose. Mild smoke on the palate. A lightly zesty finish. Better than expected, but held back with the low proof.

Faint smoke with a deep dark fruit nose. Ruby red fruits. Spice and light smoke on the palate. Smoky burn develops over time with a sweetened finish. It’s nice.

Light peaty smoke on the nose. Sweetness. Light mouthfeel, with peaty smoke and dark fruits delicately coming through. Light finish.

Light peaty smoke on the nose. Vanilla oak orchard fruits. Mild smokiness, revealing some peat that develops into stronger smoke on the palate. Very smoky and peaty finish. This is delightful.

Really nice nose with dark fruits and sweetness. Caramel apples. A nice sticky sweet fruit on the palate with some late spice developing. More sticky spicy notes on the finish with a bit of hotness. Definitely my favourite Glenmorangie so far.

Darker fruits with leathery underpinnings on the nose. Very light mouthfeel with some mildly spiced fruits on the palate. A brighter fruit finish which is the most pleasant aspect. Not bad, but a bit held back from the ABV for my tastes.

Lots of peat, but not as much smoke on the nose. Earthy and vegetal. Peat and smoke on the palate - quite pronounced. Almost medicinal iodine. Strong burn and the smoke develops the spiciness on the finish. Nothing to complain about here.

Beautiful toffee vanilla oak on the nose. Candied apples. More candied apple on the palate with some spice developing. Smoke and mild funk develop on the finish, augmenting the sweet character. This is very enjoyable.

Nice sherry nose. Absolutely vexing palate to begin with - almost no flavour, but develops into deep muted dark fruits. The finish reveals a bit more but only slightly so. It’s smooth and pleasant, at least.
