Kilchoman Machir Bay
Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandTasted April 20, 2022The initial nose was white winey and pretty pungent. After resting, the note has softened and reveals a mild smoke. Palate has some green apple/pear which quickly gives way to a singular smoky finish. Certainly not bad, but the Sanaig beats this hands down.
