Thick and oily, but what a pour. Cinnamon sugar toast on the nose, chocolate, leather, burnt caramel, a little spice, heat going down that dissipates quickly and leaves a long smooth finish, oaky as hell but with vanilla sweetness.

Syrupy. Chewy finish, toasted grain, crushed mint, cloves. Very autumnal

The millet is a little odd. Almost sour, like dill pickles, but with a rich earthiness - newly sown mulch? Salt on the nose. Short finish, leaves you wanting more. Good to try, but not sure it's worth folding into the regular rotation.
