    I had such hopes for this. The prior ratings being 4.5 stars but here's where I was wrong. I think maybe I am enjoying this wrong? It claims to enjoy over ice. Maybe if someone made a mule of this. Poured some fresh lime and a dash of ginger soda would probably work. On the rocks it comes out very tart and bitter. Ill try this again making something of this but this is not a neat drink for me.

    Very sweet nose with notes of creamy honeysuckle. Tons of floral notes. First on the palette is smokey and campfires but with a hint of toasted marshmallow. The tones become richer and more in depth followed by an earthy and robust smokey finish.

    The nose is very clean and ethanol. Very slight hint of orange. The pallet is very smooth and sweet. Slight burn on the finish.

    The initial nose is extremely appley and sweet. Kind of like apple cider at an apple picking farm. The initial taste is very fruity and pear 🍐 . Very fresh and sweet.

    The nose is very sweet. Kind of reminds me of vodka or saki. Kind of a clean refreshing feel to it. First sip is very reminiscent of saki. Almost like for like. But then again, everyone on here rating this thinks its something other than a whiskey. I wonder how this is still called a whiskey with that palette.

    Very obvious root beer notes on the nose. Very smooth whiskey with...you guessed it hints of root beer. I honestly don't even know how to describe this anymore.

    Sweet and floral nose that does in fact scream "Irish Whiskey". Some carmel hints flow through this aroma. Starts off smooth on the taste with butter and fruit. Then the anger kicks in and brings out a burn on the finish.

    Buttery nose, but then again allergies are a bit on me today. Initial palette is light and airy. Notes of peachy and fruitiness. Buttery and rich middle notes that transform to a tinge of bitterness on the finish. Slightly soapy aftertaste.

    Honey and corn on the nose. Some vanilla essences. Very light and earthy on the pallet. Strong with carmel and butterscotch candies. Finish is creamy and butterscotchy.
