Jane Walker by Johnnie Walker
Blended Malt — Scotland
Reviewed February 19, 2021 (edited May 31, 2021)The nose is rather sour and flat. Not too appetizing on the nose. Very nice rich amber hue. Flavor palette is refreshing and bold. Light roast and grain notes. Finish is creamy and smooth. -
Straight off the bat there are strong notes of honey on the nose. Not sure where the nail polish remover came from but there are back ends of earthiness and fresh cut grass. Almost citrusy. The palette is very sweet and airy. Very refreshing and fluffy. Strong Irish feel to it as if I were walking the streets of Dublin.

I had such hopes for this. The prior ratings being 4.5 stars but here's where I was wrong. I think maybe I am enjoying this wrong? It claims to enjoy over ice. Maybe if someone made a mule of this. Poured some fresh lime and a dash of ginger soda would probably work. On the rocks it comes out very tart and bitter. Ill try this again making something of this but this is not a neat drink for me.
