Tastes

A quintessential, if simple, Japanese whisky. Light, sweet, crisp, vanilla, moderate burn, very robust flavor.

Peaty. Obviously. Medium body. Lil sweet. Lil citrusy. Get a bit of the mizunara. Moderate light burn

Sakura come through hard. Nice, light, floral blend. Very easy drinking with a moderate burn

Little to syrup-y for my taste in scotch. Good flavor. Strong on sherry. Lightly spices. But too sweet/syrupy and nt light and dry enough for my preference

Darker and sweeter than my usual experience with Japanese whiskies. Minimal burn. Tad bitter? Robust profile but ultimately, a bit flat and malty. Reminds me of a less molasses-y bourbon

Sweet, very floral. Great floral smokey aftertaste. Light smokiness without the burn
