Reminds me of a a good New York Port Wine Cheese on fresh South Jersey Itailian bread and a little butter. Planing on picking up another bottle for the bar stock.

Good heat right up front witch carries all the way to the end. On first taste, Classic Bourbon, caramel, vanilla, wood spices and citrus. Will always have a place in our bar.

Wow I am really liking this. It hits all the highs with me, Corn sweet at 1st, then a rye spice and back to a caramelized vanilla sweetness. Nice heat all the way through. Will always keep in the bar.
