Tastes

Nose: brown sugar, vanilla, Taste: nutty sweet, coca, banana Finish: full body. Second best Jack I’ve ever tasted. Falls short of the single barrel cask strength, but a great sipper non the less.

Nose: vanilla, dried fruit Taste: dark cherries, butterscotch, touch of pepper Finish: medium body I had a glass of wine a few hours before and that really made the fruit notes pop.

Nose: sweet fruit, crisp raspberry, vanilla Taste: delicate fruit, vanilla Finish: light body leaves you wanting more/ never satisfied Wonderful flavors just wish they lasted longer.

Nose: campfire, bandaids, iodine Taste: peaty smoke, dark fruit, iodine, sea salt Finish: viscus medium - full body You will remember this one in the morning even if/when you can’t remember last night.

Nose: Carmel sweet, marshmallow, almond Taste: cake icing, sugar cookie, Finish: medium delicate

Nose: hay/straw, light oak, green apple Taste: vanilla, sweet oak, honey, bubblegum Finish: light-medium body
