Fantastic. Had to let it breath to get all the aroma of chocolate. Description is dead on. Good oily feel leads to the rye and cinnamon heat, but mixed together perfectly. Can sip neat even at this proof. Great bourbon.

Rating as a 4 because of the price. Great value! Great caramel, vanilla, corn - and then good spice of pepper, leather, and lingering bite. Can sip but a bit alcoholic, great in cocktails.

A great bourbon. Sweet with great spices, a touch of leather. Not a rye bite but a mix of warming spices. Long spicy finish lingers. Smooth for the proof. Full flavor for sure. Sweet is a little orange, apricot, caramel, corn, and honey mixed.

Great flavor. A few small cubes open it up. Burn is good with ice, and probably the most flavorful bourbon I’ve had. Carmel and wood, then spice, a little leather and a long finish. Cinnamon at the end. Excellent. Great spice.

Lighter body. sweet corn, honey, honeysuckle, light fruit, with a touch of pepper at the end. Sight burn lingers.

Vanilla, Carmel, touch of sweet honey, then some heat and spice. Long spice finish lingers. Almost minty and a sight herbal. Excellent rye spice without being overly biting.

Smoother than standard with some extra Carmel and vanilla hints, reminding of bourbon but keeping the Irish whisky sweetness. My favorite Jameson.

A little warm. Some darker fruits and honey sweetness. Spice comes through then leather, finish is longer with some burn. A lot going on in this one and really good. Might be better near.

Some sweet heat, oily, vanilla, oak, nice slight warm finish. Slight spice and then fruit comes out, and slight leather lingers. Great single barrel.

A lot of corn flavor and then some heat. Peppery and oaky, with a slight vanilla and floral finish once the heat gives way. An almost honey sweetness tries to come through.
