Tastes

Fruit, lots of citrus on the nose, olive oil, slight smoke. Raisin and peat in the front and a sweet smoke long finish. This is a grand whiskey.

Oily smokey peat on the nose, old musty ball mitt, vanilla. Oily and only slightly smokey and peaty on the front, peatiness picks up and lingers well into the finish. Traces of vanilla and earth, sweet smoke peat lingering long after. Added a little water on second try, dark shoe polish on the nose, a little sweeter on the front same lingering peat smoke finish trailed late by vanilla smoke.

Soft peat smoke on the nose, vanilla and lemon. A nice smokey peat front with the saltiness hitting the sides of the pallette finishing with vanilla sweetness

Apricots and white wine on the nose. Subtle cloves and vanilla also. Immediate sweet nutty flavors subsiding into coconut in the mid and finish.

It's like I jumped into the ocean and started gnawing on a piece of soaked wood that had been burnt and laying in a peat bog for 10 years. Smokey charred cork light fruit notes on the nose. Nice lubricated finish with long ending of juvenile peas and seaweed.
