Nose: fresh, floral Palate: maple syrup (sort of), corn, sweet Finish: corn With water: more sugary on nose; more presence of mouth feel and sugar and spice on palate.

Nose: floral, cherry, vanilla, cotton candy Palate: oaky root spice, hint of dried fruit, mild Finish: sweet corn With water: candy on nose and palate

Nose: sweet hay/grass, outdoors, sugar Palate: corn, clove Finish: candy With water: burnt sugar and hint of cherry on nose; smoother palate

Nose: dried fruit, dark cherry, hint of marzipan Palate: dark cherry, root spice, spicy burn Finish: corn, candy Adding water: brings out sugar, citrus, and hint of vanilla in nose, and brings out sugar in palate.

Color: orange Nose: citrus, grapefruit Palate: tastes like watered down whisky. Has some cloudiness. I remember liking this, but I had one drink left in this bottle, and I’ve had it for a while, and it looked funny, so I’m wondering if it went bad. I’m going to dump this last class and not even read it. I will try it again, because I remember enjoying it.
