High hopes for this one as I am a huge fan of Collective Arts and the flavor combination sounded fantastic on paper. What followed was a huge disappointment, as I'm not getting any maple at all, and just a harsh alcohol that is hard to mask even if used with mix. Undrinkable on its own.

Quite fruity, with a hint of floral notes. Adds a little sweetness to foil the bitterness of the tonic. Not bad...But not great either.

Definitely different and more flavorful than your average gin, and perhaps hard to call it gin. When mixed, tastes more like a scotch and tonic. Tasty, worthy of keeping on the shelf.

A fun gin to have around just for the novelty of the color change that impresses guests. But novelty aside, this is a very smooth, very flavorful gin that has quickly become one of our house favorites, and is better than many equally priced contemporaries.

Smoky, but in a smoked salmon kind of way, which I'm not crazy about having in my gin and tonic. Really wanted to love this one simply because of Ryan Reynolds' marketing, but doesn't live up to the hype.
