Nose: A beautiful bouquet of juicy fruits Banana Pineapple Bubblegum Toffee Taste: Rich aged wood, tastes like the way an antique store smells Bitter finish Syrupy toffee

Nose: Overwhelming young (ginny) nose pre-water drip Rich Sugar cookie Vanilla ice cream Pecans Taste: Caramel Buttery sweetness, like sweet cream, probably from millet Lightly peppery Lovely mouthfeel, like melted ice cream Overall a lot of potential, but would benefit a lot with a full 4 years in the barrel, IMO.

Nose: Oak Brown sugar Toasted marshmallow Noses like a low-rye rye, which others have said after a quick Google search Taste: Eucalyptus Lightly grassy Overall not a lot here. Good as a rye entry, but lacking rye spiciness or cool mint/licorice notes I prefer in a rye.

Nose: Ethanol Potpourri Baking cocoa Cinnamon Orange Taste: Oak Rich earth Farmhouse? Bit of cool mint at the end, combined with the chocolate and ethanol notes on the nose reminds me of a York peppermint patty. Like this one more the longer I own it. A lot going on in the nose once you get past the ethanol.

Nose: Unripe stonefruit Allspice heavy baking spice Caramel Taste: Oak Lightly steeped black tea Rye spice Sweetness that turns slightly bitter Great bourbon for the price ($11 in NC). Would buy for a party or a camping trip or a cheap sipper to have on hand.

Captures the essence of bourbon aroma and taste. Specific tasting notes on this bottle include milk chocolate and mocha.

Nose: Baking spices Cinnamon Citrus Peel Taste: Sharp oak Slightly sour Tannin bitterness, like a way oversteeped black tea Not for me. Tempted at several times to pour it down the drain, but couldn't stomach the idea of having wasted the money on the bottle.

Nose: Vanilla, caramel, fruit Toffee/slight butterscotch Taste: Chocolate Toffee Tastes good, but not worth the price tag. Would get 4 stars as a $30-40 bottle, but not at $60.
