Tastes

Ok there’s maple for sure but it’s just not good. Smells and tastes like burnt wood soaked in maple syrup. I’m on my first glass and dreading the rest of the bottle…

Sweet and salty smell. First sip is very sweet to the taste with a quick pepper bite. A bit of a rye taste but not overpowering earthiness.

Can smell the wine which dominate any other notes. Smooth taste the explodes shortly after. Very sweet to start with a little pepper burn finish but not overpowering.

Pine smell soft on the tongue. Oakey flavor slight peppery bite.

Apple cider smell. Strong cinnamon finish but smooth drink.
