Balanced. Depth, lingering smoke, heat, and a moment of toffee in the finish. Nice. It’s full enough to feel substantial but doesn’t kick you in the teeth.

Too much. I think it would be good for cooking: deglazing and making sauces for pork chops, or as bottom note for a bbq sauce. A little strong on the maple sweetness for drinking.
