Love the smoothness imparted by wheat component of the mashbill and the perfect proof strength. Balanced flavor notes of vanilla, caramel and slight wood round out the experience.

Not hard to believe this is from the same company producing numerous bourbons, from Buffalo Trace to Pappy. Spicy with apple and cherry notes, as well as slight wood tone. Decent bite given good proof, but then again, I’m not a fan of higher proof in any sipping liquor. Not an easy find in most retailers. Love this one.
