Woodford Reserve Distillery Series Double Double Oaked 2021
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed June 19, 2022Good nose and great viscosity. While very enjoyable and a great sip, on tasting it is dominated by red fruit and oak (not char which was my fear). Those two notes are so strong it lacks some complexity. Finish rounds out into a nice honey like note. Not my favorite of the double double releases, but a strong showing and worth the price of administration. -
