Safe bet

Hometown bias but really enjoyed it. 100% corn adds a unique quality. Super smooth over ice - didn’t even realize it was 100 proof. Cost is a bit much but got a 375ml on sale for $30 which helped.

Could drink this on the reg. Seems on the sweeter side for a rye but no complaints

Oaky as other have mentioned bc its age. On the dry side with some bite on entry but finishes smooth. Nice to pull this one down on the VA lottery and bust out for special occasions but likely wouldn’t pay $200 for a bottle again. Too many other rare ones to try.

Butterscotch on the nose, caramel and some quick heat/spice at the end. Shout out to VB.
