Tastes

Nose: An initial waft of fresh tobacco, green apple creeps in, accompanied with a medium peat key and nutmeg. Palate: An oily-mouthfeel, the tobacco note flares up. Finish: Light, long finish with a saline tang.

Nose: Toasted caramel with a hint of granny smith apple Palate: Light oily-mouthfeel, with a gentle cinnamon spice and a unfurling of fresh fruit Finish: A light, long finish. Very much enjoyed this one. A nice introductory whisky for those curious, and enough complexity to keep things interesting for those experienced.

Toasted cereal notes waft for the nose with a light floral hint. The palate is met with a harsh bite, with the cereal note charring into a light smokiness. The finish is mid-length, with subtle baking spices and cinnamon.
