Terrible label and I LOVE IT! I had been eyeballing this bottle for months because I know that it is distilled by Heaven Hill with the bourbon mashbill of 78% Corn, 10% Rye, 12% Malted Barley. Neat in a glencairn. On the nose is the typical sweet burnt brown sugar/caramel, slight nuttiness and maybe some cherry. Nose carries to mouth with a bit more peanuttiness and full brown sugar/caramel. Very approachable and silky on the palate. Finish is short-to-medium. Super easy and super tasty. As an 86proofer and for $14-$16 for 1 Liter ($10–$12 for 750ml), this is an absolute everyday sipper for me. Would be interested to do a side by side with this, EW black label, EW 1783, and the EW Single Barre. See how the 86ers tank. 🥃🥃 Cheers, babies!

When I open the bottle my nose was enveloped in straight up fresh cinnamon buns! The palate is rich and dense, some good vanillas and cinnamon. Finish was medium length Freaking delicious. Alabama
