Tastes

Nose is reminiscent of barbecued potato chips -- in a good way. That smokiness carries on in the mouth. I just know I want to have this with a steak, rare but with some char.

I do get some hay and honey in the nose. Has a pleasant sweetness. Apple cider? The heat in the finish is there, but pretty gentle. A tad bland perhaps.

Liked this quite a bit. Butterscotch in the nose. Nice peaty grassy balance.
