    Real solvent aroma on the nose, in a likeable way though. Hints of cacoa nibs on the nose. Big spice hit, with grapefruit peel coming in on the finish.

    Smooth, citrus, almost orange peel notes, lots of vanilla, bit of spice. Green apple on the nose. Finish is a lingering taste of orange peel. Solid whiskey, very drinkable, but not much complexity there.

    Cracking whiskey. Nice sherry influence. Finish lingers for hours. Dried fruits, spices come to the fore. Dried leaves pop up, things like tobacco and mint leaves ring through.

    Not sure on this one, massive sherry on the nose, but doesn't smell like a quality px cask. Nice but slightly medicinal. Mostly get dry sherry notes. Some chocolate, but not an overly complex whiskey.

    Has that clear nuttiness that you'd associate with a west cork distillate. Buttery, biscuits, spicy and nutty. Big oak flavours evident. Spicy on the finish.

    Amazing whiskey, vanilla, exotic fruits, pineapple and coconut. Another flavour in there that lingers and is so hard to place, but it's got to be the mizunara. Beautiful whiskey.

    Green apple, fruity, less dried fried than the double. The madeira is rounding out this whiskey nicely. Much more tannins coming through, nice sharpness to it. Bourbon wood still dominating things.

    Raisins, figs, dried fruits. Nice, no big flavours, but they all complement each other. A little bit older and some more complexity, could be a great whiskey. Slightly spicy finish, doesn't last too long.

    Sweet, spicy, tannic. You want to dislike it it, but it's so moreish. Hard to describe, but sharp (in a good way) plums, finish holds on for ages. It's everything you'd expect from a whiskey aged in pinot noir. Lovely chocolate, cacoa nibs flavour appears.

    Juicy, spicy, complex whiskey. Lovely, silky mouthfeel, big strong finish. Peaches, obvious tropical rum hints. Lovely whiskey. Could drink this all night. Not sure I've had another like it.
