I’m impressed to say the least. Not much on the nose. The taste makes up for it. Ever had a bourbon this intense on the tip of the tongue, pepper and more more. Sweetest that rolls off the sides and a smooth finish. Brown sugar caramel that follows. Nice balance.

Barrel #1, bottle 140. $20 Poor. Faint hint of vanilla on the nose. Spicy up front with a long pepper finish. Smooth and big charcoal finish. Way to go Ohio!

Nice

Sweet on the nose, with plenty of spices, vanilla and caramel aroma. The palate has a good dose of smoke and wood on the front end. This is followed with a good balance of spices that continues with a medium finish. Great value for the price.

Barrel 276; Bottle 194 Neat The nose is a faint corn and butter. Creamy mouth feel that warms the tongue and continues down the throat with a nice spicy finish. Sweet on the palate. Smooth overall, it must be be applejack cask finish. This is unique, I will be keeping a bottle in the cabinet.

I enjoyed this pour but overall there was too much barrel favor.

Ethanol on the nose. Lots of spices up front with a good balance of barrel favor. Weak finish. Like a fine cigar that just lingers. Good pour.
