A great bourbon. I know I should probably add water for health purposes but I just love how it sizzles and takes over the palate when sipped neat. Just wonderful stuff. I had to pay $100 (out the door including tax) but I can't find it anywhere else and I needed to try it after seeing all the rave reviews. I'm glad I bought it.

Decent bourbon, I got the standard bourbon flavors along with some soft lemon zest. Enjoyable pour but not worth the price I paid ($79.88 out the door) but I wanted a bottle for the collection.

Great deep cherry notes but SUPER HOT. Had to add some water to spare my organs. This was my first Stagg Jr. so I can't compare to other batches but it was very good, just add water.

Probably the ultimate expression of standard bourbon notes: great blend of vanilla, caramel, maple syrup, and oak with a peppery finish. Really beautiful but nothing super unique, just the best version of what a standard bourbon should be. Love it.

I wasn't all that impressed with this initially, nothing offensive but nothing impressive either. But after the bottle has been open a while I had another pour and it tasted better. Worth having a bottle for the reputation if you can get it at a decent price.

Loving this as a budget pour and great for old fashioned’s.

I'll make you love this. Just think of a greasy bag of baseball peanuts when you swallow it. You get what you pay for, not awful. Between Beam white label and JD Old No. 7, I'd go with Jack but this ain't bad.

I really enjoy this whisky. It beat Wild Turkey 101, Knob Creek 9 yr small batch, Eagle Rare, and Buffalo Trace in a blind tasting I participated in with friends. Very enjoyable vanilla/caramel nose and a palate that is sweet and smooth but with just enough heat to remind you that it's a whisky. Really good. I now keep a jug of it stocked

An enjoyable 90+ proof of JD. I wish Old No. 7 was still 90 proof, now we have to pay a premium to get it. Still, I'm a fan of the JD profile so I'll pick it up now and then. The barrel Proof is the better option but it's also more expensive at $65.

Wonderful, thick, creamy peanut butter, with just enough heat to make it pop. Zero bitter aftertaste. Really enjoy it. I don’t see a reason to buy any other Beam product. Just water Bookers down if you want less proof.
