Nose: Surprisingly good! Light, lemon and apricot, grass and honey. Nicely tart, almost too sour, but not quite. Taste: Demerara sugar and spice, light lemon and sugar cookie. A hint of bite in the middle, with a long slightly sour finish on the sides of the mouth, a hint of bitter at the close. This could be outstanding, except that it was watered down to 40%. Shame!
