Richly aromatic nose filled with pulpy charred smokey oak and light vanilla with cinnamon and spices, a rich pulpy oak, vanilla body with a cinnamon burn, rich, smokey, but not quite peaty, bananas, & mild with other fruits, with a soothing mild caramel to tie it together, a silky yet sandpapery mouthfeel, followed by a spicy oaken vanilla caramel finish. Tasted neat in a sampler glass.

Reviewed April 4, 2025 (edited April 8, 2025)Aromatic orange and citrus, juniper berries nose, rich citrus orange, bitter lime peel, and juniper berry body, a cinnamon burn, with coriander notes, a sandpaper velvet mouthfeel, a burn that grows, with a juniper berry and orange citrus finish. Tasted cold in a sampler glass. -
A mellow nose of grape/wine with nutty oaken notes, hints of vanilla and fruits, a smooth but turns peppery spicy body, mild fruity grapes, with a grape juice reminder, hints of vanilla and woody oak, rich and nutty, a thick viscous mouthfeel, with a spicy fruity grape, vanilla, and oak finish. Tasted neat.

A clean clear vodka nose with hints of leather, oil, and lemon citrus, starts off clean on the tip of the tongue, bright, clear with delicately evolving notes of berries, citrus, and airy light bell peppers, a moderate bile and grassy/wheaty generally sweet body, a silky viscous mouthfeel, with a gentle light lemon citrus and wheat grass finish with a hint of bell pepper. Tasted chilled.
