Nose: corn, honey, sweet, ethanol Palate: some herb right away with a quick hit of spice, minimal oil- thin, more sweetness Finish: long and mild, smooth, minimal burn- doesnt make it to the stomach

Nose: a lot of alcohol, some oak and minor notes of herb. Palate: medium oil and richness, a lot of spice, herb and quick alcohol burn. Finish is pretty quick. Once on the rocks the burn disappears and the spice lightens up pleasantly.

Nose is sweet with corn and vanilla. Minor scents of oak and alcohol. Not oily or rich. Lots of vanilla, some herb and spice as the burn sets in. An average, higher rye bourbon.

Nose: deep caramel and oak. Slightly oily on the tongue. Quick burn that doesnt linger for too long. Oak and vanilla. Opens up to be a bold and spicy, balanced bourbon.

Nose: vanilla, caramel and alcohol. Immediate cinnamon and burn. Surprisingly smooth for 135 proof. Burn lingers slightly while it warms the chest. Opens up with bright citrus fruit flavors. Absolutely delicious.
