Tastes

Almost a maple syrup nose. A wee bit of smoke, oak, and sweetness on the first taste. Light spice on the finish.

Oak and vanilla nose. Slight spice on the tongue. Almost a bit a tart but not off-putting. Decent blend overall.

Beautifully smokey and sweet on the nose. A hint of floral. First impression is black pepper and oak. Hint of sweetness, caramel? Spice lingers.

Strong and sweet on the nose. Oak, honey, vanilla and caramel. Hint of spice and sweetness on the tongue.

Sweet and vanilla on the nose. Sweetness continued on the palate. Lighter then expected. A hint of caramel. Not the smoothest of bourbons. Enjoyable but different.

Incredible nose. Excited the senses. Oak, pepper, caramel, and pear on the palate. Smooth yet spicy finish.
