a creamy, smooth, bright smoke. medicinal is strong if you really stick your nose in there, but back off and i get a light seaweed and maritime sweetness, which is accompanied by a smoky peppery spice on the palate. it was my first drink ever, and it continues to impress.

indoor public swimming pool, but salty. super maritime palate. vegetal seaweed finish. still reminds me of making fires from the driftwood down on the beach after a particularly high tide.
