Four stars simply because this makes a fantastic mint julip. A wheated bourbon just brings out a little more sweetness with the mint to me.

I'm giving 4 stars for the simple reason that this is a great, inexpensive, high rye 100 proof bourbon that makes a great old fashioned. Great addition to the bar.
