Wow, a mixt of peat, spice, brown sugar! Good equilibrium and nice final!

Du maudit bon jus! Belle balance d’épice, de bois, d’érable de fruits rouges. On sent le wine cask juste assez! Wow!

Sérieux, je suis surpris du résultat! Un gros wow dans l’équilibre! Pour moi, c’est un des meilleurs whisky canadiens. Caramel brûle, chêne, vanille, fruits rouge, cassonade, érable, mais. Une belle longueur sur l’épice, mais pas trop!

Nose: vanilla, pear, apple tart. Taste: sherry, vanilla, spice, apple, toffee. Finale: small spice. Medium long finally. Overall: good sweet scotch. Fully bodied, great taste!

On the nose: burnt wood, vanilla, Sherry and caramelized fruit. Taste: Sherry, apple, pears, vanilla and oak. Some spice Final: medium-long, médium spice. Overall: a very good scotch. Better than the 18 IMO. I’m impress!

Probably one of the best whisky I’ve ever tasted! Mixt of light peat, sea salt, sweet vanilla. I was walking by the beach on Islay eating a vanilla apple pie and breathing the sea air filled with algies. There was a small peat fire nearby with some oak wood in it to start it up. We were smelling a hint of the smoke from that fire and feeling the heat on that cold automn day by the sea!
