Peanut brittle on the nose. Having trouble nailing down the palate tonight. But it's good!

Peanut butter cookie on the nose. Add chocolate on the palate. So good.

Black forest cake. The heat is forward. Delicious.

Toffee and black pepper on the nose. Palate is a little flatter than I remember towards the end of this bottle.

Honey and nutty on the nose. About the same on the palate. The neck pour on this bottle was awful but it keeps getting so much better.

Banana on the nose. Oak forward palate. Dry finish.

My first time having rye neat so not sure how it compares. Tobacco and baking spices on the nose. More of the same on the palate but it definitely reminds me of the spices in Christmas cookies... Ginger snaps? Would love to try more ryes around the holidays.

Brown sugar and vanilla on the nose. Some citrus. Orange and oak on the palate. Bet this would make a great old fashioned.

Love all the dark chocolate and cherries on the nose. Distinctive Jack flavor on the palate but much better than the old no. 7

Toffee and oak. Excellent.
