Tastes

Nose : Peat, baked apple, caramel, toffee, pear Taste : apple tatin, caramel, wood smoke Finish : spiced apple, bitter orange, bbq Smoky overall. Very balanced whisky. The fire smoke/taste is very distinct and clear. Very pleasant dram.

Nose : caramel, orange, vanilla. rather ok. Taste : very spicy, notes of orange and pinch of salt. interesting. moderately peaty. Finish : spicy and bitter, rather long. Not incredible.

Nose : very fruity (pear, vanilla), pleasant Taste : apple, pear, honey (mid-intense) Finish : ginger, lemon. A bit rough. I really recommend the visit of the distillery. Very nice place, location and charming people !
