Nose: Candied Lemon, Baked Apple Pie Palate: Silky, sweet vanilla, oak spice Finish: Spice with long finish

Nose: Not much more than a hint of clove. Palate: Spice. Grapefruit. Some cinnamon candy bark. Finish: Long spice.

Nose: Lemon rind, light sweat smoke, pamesan cheese Palate: Sweet punch, cinnamon, iodine, mint Finish: Leather, peat smoke

Day 2: Machrie Moor Getting a little smokey and salty islands. Nose: Light smoke with apples or lemons Palate: More light smoke with vanilla and tropical fruit. Reminds me of a troical dum dum lollipop like pineapple/Pina colada Finish: Long fruitiness transforming into sea salt finish.

Luv this! Such big citrus orange flavors and super mellow. Nose: Big citrus orange and spice with hints of dark chocolate. Palate: orange citrus forward but definite transformation to creamy toffee with hint of leather. Mellow spice throughout. Finish: Medium longish creamy exit with light spice and small peat.

Nose: floraly, hint of brown sugar and gingerbread Taste: baking spice, shortbread cookie Finish: spicy, English Tea

Nose: Maple, lemon; Taste: Big Red Cinnamon, Lemon Lime, hint of Maple Syrups: Finish: Oak Tannin, Rye
