Possibly the worst of 200 whiskeys I've tasted. Burn tires and peppercorn with a horribly funky taste all the way through, start to finish. Seems like the grain in this single grain definitely isn't barley.

Not bad prefer more than used to, now that am getting into somewhat peated scotches.

Said to be a somewhat watered down (42.2%) Lagavulin. Somewhat lightly peated for an Islay, works for someone like me who prefers Highland with just a touch of peat and hints of honey and has never liked Lagavulin. Great value at Total Wine.
