Good bourbon. Not worth the Florida (and national) hype of paying almost double for at best a $25 bottle of bourbon though. I paid $25.99 saw it a store down the road for $40. I’m sure some millennial will pay it though so our prices just keep going up and up. Good standard bourbon that should be available everywhere at a decent price.25.99 USD per Bottle

Crown Royal Northern Harvest Rye
Canadian — Manitoba, Canada
Reviewed June 25, 2019 (edited September 25, 2020)I’m a fan of crown and ryes and this one hits both. Fantastic sipper or on the rocks and especially since I found it on sale for $24/bottle! May have to go back and buy more. After revisiting this one I’m knocking off a star. I get a lot of ethanol but not in a good way. This just doesn’t taste the same as I remember when I first cracked it open. I’ve been forced to add a few ice cubes to get this one down. 9/1/19 Update 12/4/19 Tried this one again as it has been sitting half full/empty for a few months in the cabinet. The ethanol has gone down and is now more "spicy" as a rye should be. Either this one has been changing profiles on me or it's my flavor profile changing. Probably a bit of both. Anyways, I seem to like this one again for what it is. Bumped up a 1/4 star. :-)24.0 USD per Bottle -
Great $30 bourbon. Wish it wasn’t always sold out everywhere in Tampa area. Update - 4-22-20 After having 3 separate bottles of this I've found there is some variance to each one and the second and third ones were no where near as good as the first one so i'm deducting an entire star for that. I don't see the hype of these bottom shelf BT products . Is it worth $30? Sure but no more I've had better bottles for $15 than the last two ER's I opened.30.0 USD per Bottle

Ron Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva Rum
Aged Rum — Venezuela
Reviewed May 19, 2019 (edited April 5, 2021)This is going to be honest..... was looking to get into something besides rye whiskeys, bourbons, and scotch. I’ve always loved rums when I was younger and I thought I’d go back and try some “sipping” rums like the pirates, ya know. Arrrgh. After reading tons of reviews online I landed on this particular rum. Well here goes.... Sweeeeeeet, sugar, sweet. oh my god did I mention sweet? Coming from the world of whiskey/scotch there is nothing this sweet besides maybe angel’s envy but it’s not sweet it only has a rum flavor from barrel aging. Anyway, it took me a day to post a review because I was so upset about my expectations vs reality with this liquor (or should I say liqueur?). It’s literally like pouring a sugar cube or five into a rum glass and sipping on it. I highly doubt this is what pirates drank. In conclusion, I’ll go back to my whiskey/scotch/bourbon world and occasionally tequila, which I also love, and stay away from rums if they all tast like this. Sorry this one’s not for me. Too much sweetness. What a waste of money. Ugh or arrrrgh! LOL35.0 USD per Bottle -
Wow the spice! Good stuff. Bought this in the basis of Jim Murray’s whiskey bible and this certainly didn’t leave me upset but at the same time I’m not overwhelmed with how great it is as Jim describes. Would certainly buy again but for no more than $40 so it looks as though I won’t be buying it again. Edit 6/10/22 Found a second bottle of this like 3 years later and it’s really damn good! I’d certainly like to keep one at all times at the home bar.49.0 USD per BottleParty Liquors Land O Lakes
