Herbal from top to bottom. Slightly smokey and out there. This Mezcal seems a bit unapproachable due to the use of Karwinskis Agave that gives it this distinct taste and contrasts. A lot of love from me towards this Mezcal and the Cortes family.

Round, earthy, smokey and balanced. Something to sip on those special occasions.

Perfect Tequila for the novice Tequila enthusiast. It might be a bit sweet in the beginning, smells like buttery popcorn but it goes well while tasting: fruits (banana), caramel and vanilla. Begs for a zest of lemon or lime.

Smokey and a tad aggressive. Great touches of oak, cooked agave with a hymn of peppery notes. The taste of dried fruits linger on the background. Very tasty Tequila for this reasonable price.
