Tastes

Green apple on the nose at, but then sherry dominates it as well as the taste. Makes me think I’m drinking wine instead of whiskey when I’m not paying attention.

Island fruits like banana or coconut on the nose which comes through to the taste with spice and green apple. Somewhat of a buttery taste as well. Makes me think of a pie while tasting.

Meat, teriyaki marinade, salt, peat, slight bacon taste and smell. There’s a sweetness behind the smoke, possibly vanilla.
